(And What to Expect)
The way I show up in the world is sometimes familiar, sometimes unusual, and always uniquely me!
I offer accommodations to clients wherever possible, but it also feels important to share a bit about how I work and what might come with the territory.
I’m Autistic with ADHD, BPD, C-PTSD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia… lots of lovely layers of nuance and complexity! I’m pretty self-aware about both my strengths and challenges - and I’m still learning, still growing, and definitely still human. Mistakes happen. I see them as opportunities for growth, and I value feedback as part of that ongoing journey.
Will there be website malfunctions? Probably. Typos? Definitely. Missed emails? Most likely at some point. If you spot something broken, incorrect, or in need of a nudge - I’ll be genuinely grateful if you let me know.
I have limited social spoons and tend to get fatigued after too much people-ing - especially since spiritual work can be intense, energy-wise. To manage this, I build in lots of rest and recovery time, and limit how many sessions I offer each day. While Divergent Alignment is still finding its rhythm, I may need to adjust my availability or shift my calendar to protect my capacity. If I need to make any changes that affect your reading, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.
You’ll notice I ask for quite a bit of information during the booking process. That’s intentional - my brain thrives on data and context. Having a strong framework helps me channel my intuition and creativity more effectively, so I can give you a reading that’s focused, grounded, and as insightful as possible.
For astrocartography and birth chart readings, I prep in advance and bring written notes to stay on track (otherwise, my brain might run off on tangents). Because of that prep work, last-minute cancellations can be a bit destabilising - so if you need to cancel, I’d really appreciate as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is absolutely fine, though - I’ll have your notes ready when you are.
A couple more heads-ups: I tend to avoid eye contact when I’m speaking, and I process information slowly, especially when considering important insights. That’s not hesitation - it’s care. I like to take my time and be thoughtful with what I offer.
If there’s anything you’re unsure about or need more clarity on, don’t hesitate to reach out - I’m always here to support.

I’ll be offering donation-based Tarot readings most Wednesdays and Saturdays, between 10am and 7pm, at St Werburgh’s Community Centre (Room 6). Please double check my bookings calendar or Instagram as my hours can change based on room availability, holidays, etc!
These sessions will take place around my pre-booked appointments - I’ll post on the day via Instagram (@divergent_alignment) to let you know when I’m available. I’ll also pop a sign outside Room 6 so it’s clear whether I’m in a reading or free to chat. You’re welcome to swing by and say hello when the sign says I’m available!
My Privilege Wheel Pricing Guide will be available to help inform your donation, but you’re welcome to pay what feels comfortable and affordable to you. Both cash and card are accepted.
I’m also happy to trade a Tarot reading for an equitable swap - a service or product that feels fair to both of us. If you’ve got something in mind, please email me ahead of time at jade@divergentalignment.com so we can check if it’s a good fit :-)
Please note: These donation-based sessions are for Tarot readings only - Astrology readings require prep time and data analysis, so I’m not able to offer them on the spot.

I’ve adapted accessible pricing structures to create the ‘Privilege Wheel Pricing’ model.
It invites you to consider your position in society through an intersectional lens. This includes your access to resources, and your experiences of marginalisation and privilege.

I’ll abe offering written astrocartography and birth chart reports for those who prefer lower-intensity formats, have packed schedules, or like to process information in their own time. These will be more budget-friendly than in-person or live sessions - and I genuinely love writing them. Written communication is where my brain sparkles - it’s my favourite kind of magic and a deep well of creative joy.

I understand how energy and capacity can change day-to-day - so you're welcome to reschedule up to an hour before your appointment if plans change or you're low on spoons that day.
However if you need to cancel completely (rather than reschedule), please let me know as soon as possible after booking to save me preparation time. Being multiply neurodivergent myself, I invest considerable effort in preparation, and advance notice supports me maintain the structure and predictability I need.
